Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

– Be in its original packaging
– Be in the same condition as received
– Not have been used or altered in any way
– Be returned within 7 days of delivery

Procedure for Returns

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at jogforjesusshop@gmail.com, briefly explaining why you want to return the item.
2. Repackage the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
3. Ship the item back to us at the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method and will include the full amount paid for the item, minus any shipping costs.

Return your items in 5 easy steps

  1. Log in and go to ORDERS Then click on the order of the item(s) you wish to return
  2. Select the number of items you wish to return, the reason for the return and give us more details to help us identify the issue with the product
  3. Check your information and submit your return request
  4. Choose your ideal return process: Return the item yourself to our office or let us handle it by picking up the item from you at a reduced rate.
  5. REFUND PROCESSED Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 10 business days into the account of your choice
